The Team

Jamie is a Chartered Engineer and educated at the Universities of Durham and Cambridge.

He’s married with 4 children, who are all growing up way too fast!

Jamie is passionate about Pneumatrol delivering Continuous Improvements as a business in every aspect of the product and service that we provide to our customers.

Outside of work his main passion is target rifle shooting. He still competes both nationally and internationally and has regularly represented Wales for many years. The highlight of which was representing Wales at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi.

Stephen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants with many years of experience working for SME companies.

Stephen is passionate about maximising financial performance and ensuring long term stability and profitability for Pneumatrol.

He is married and outside of work he enjoys playing golf and scuba diving.

Zoe is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is qualified with an Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Within her previous career history she had spent 13 years managing customer services, training and HR functions also in the private sector.

When not at work Zoe is usually in her element shopping at the Trafford Centre.

Nicola has over a decade of experience in sales and customer service within some of the UK’s leading uniform companies. Nicola has worked her way up and through the businesses from inbound telephone sales to sales office manager and has gained a wealth of experience. Nicola believes that “customer service is not a department… It’s everyone’s job”

Nicola has been with the company for 5 years.  Her main role and priority is to progress and expedite customers’ orders.  She understands that Pneumatrol’s customers have their own requirements and demands and that’s why it is so important to deliver the product “on time, in full and error free.”

Nicola is currently completing an adult NVQ Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques and also BTEC in Lean Organisational Management Techniques. One of Nicola’s passions in business is continuous improvement and she believes that small changes can make a big difference.
