Nicola has over a decade of experience in sales and customer service within some of the UK’s leading uniform companies. Nicola has worked her way up and through the businesses from inbound telephone sales to sales office manager and has gained a wealth of experience. Nicola believes that “customer service is not a department… It’s everyone’s job”
Nicola has been with the company for 5 years. Her main role and priority is to progress and expedite customers’ orders. She understands that Pneumatrol’s customers have their own requirements and demands and that’s why it is so important to deliver the product “on time, in full and error free.”
Nicola is currently completing an adult NVQ Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques and also BTEC in Lean Organisational Management Techniques. One of Nicola’s passions in business is continuous improvement and she believes that small changes can make a big difference.
